HOW DID YOU SELECT THESE RESTAURANTS?

We partner with restaurants that are active contributors to and representatives of vibrant communities throughout Brooklyn and Queens. These are establishments that we’ve had memorable meals at, that we recommend to friends, and that are near and dear to our hearts.

HOW MANY SERVINGS ARE IN A 32OZ JAR OF SOUP?

Depends on how hungry you are! We consider the soup and starch pairing to be a full meal for two people, a light meal for three or a nice starter for four.

WHAT IF I HAVE ANY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

Soup Shop is committed to providing options that make our meals accessible to all soup lovers. At this time, soups and sides are not made to order so we can not make substitutions, however, please contact us to let us know so that we can expand our options accordingly.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER ON A DIFFERENT DAY?

As of now, orders can only be picked up on Thursday to accommodate for our restaurant and chef partners’ busy schedules.

WHERE CAN I FIND SOUP SHOP IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD?

Soup Shop is currently servicing the neighborhoods of Downtown Brooklyn, Williamsburg, Bushwick, Greenpoint and Long Island City. We are always looking to expand. If you would like to see Soup Shop in your neighborhood or if you are a potential distribution partner who would like to collaborate with us, drop us a line at info@soupshop.org.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T HIT THE 4-8PM WINDOW?

This window of time has been designated out of respect to the businesses who generously serve as our distributors. If you happen to miss the pick-up window, the meal will be donated to a local mutual aid initiative to feed a hungry neighbor.
